It's a pleasure to anounce my renewed website. This message serves as a dry run. I include an article based on lectures given in Paris (September) and Berlin (November) on the interntional insolvency themes of the future, being rescue of business in distress and cross-border cooperation.2013-11 ZInsO
In a book soon to be published I submitted (in English) an article on the meaning and definition of 'collective insolvency proceedings' in Article 1(1) EU Insolvency Regulation. A few other contributions (written in Dutch) provide proposals for including in the ancient Dutch Bankruptcy Act more flexible rescue regimes.
